STEP 1

We prepare all the necessary products according to the list. In this simple recipe we will use only one egg, which, you see, is very economical.
STEP 2

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast, and vegetable oil. Gradually adding water and egg mixed in a glass, stir the dough until smooth. There should be no lumps.
STEP 3

Then heat the frying pan and for the first time grease it with vegetable oil. Before frying pancakes, I recommend adding a couple of drops of lemon or citric acid to the dough, this is so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan. We start frying without waiting for the dough to rise. That is, immediately after they started it. Pour the dough into a ladle and distribute it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Fry for 1 minute on one side at maximum heat.
STEP 4

Turn over to the other side and fry the pancake until fully cooked.
