STEP 1
How to fry thick pancakes with yeast and milk? Prepare all the necessary products. Take high-quality, premium grade wheat flour. Pre-sieve the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the pancakes will turn out fluffier and more tender.
STEP 2
Prepare the dough. Place raw yeast in a bowl, pour in half a glass of heated milk and mix everything thoroughly until the yeast dissolves. The milk should be warm, but not scalding. In milk that is too hot, the yeast will die, but in cold milk it will not activate.
STEP 3
Add 3 tablespoons of total flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix everything until smooth with a spoon.
STEP 4
Cover the dough with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm, draft-free place. During this time, a foamy yeast cap should appear on the surface. If this does not happen, then for some reason the yeast has not been activated, take another one, otherwise the pancakes will not turn out fluffy.
STEP 5
Pour the remaining amount of milk into the suitable dough, previously whisked in a separate container the egg and refined vegetable oil. Mix everything until smooth.
STEP 6
Pour the remaining spoon of sugar and salt into the dough and stir everything again.
STEP 7
Add sifted flour to the dough in portions. Its quantity may need to be increased or decreased; be guided by the creamy consistency of the dough.
STEP 8
Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous.
STEP 9
Cover the dough with a lid and leave it warm for about 40 minutes.
STEP 10
Heat a frying pan well for frying pancakes with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a flat cake in the center and fry on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 11
Stack the finished pancakes. You can grease each pancake with a piece of butter, it will be juicier, more aromatic and tastier. Serve thick and fluffy pancakes with yeast over hot tea with sour cream, jam, jam, condensed milk. Bon appetit!
