Pancakes made with yeast and milk with holes

Ruddy, golden, tender, very tasty! Pancakes made with yeast and milk with holes come out porous and turn out right the first time. These pancakes can be served with sour cream, condensed milk, honey, jam, as well as any filling: red caviar, curd cheese, meat or cottage cheese.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry thin pancakes with yeast and milk with holes? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The milk should not be very fatty so that the pancakes do not stick. If necessary, dilute it with hot water. Heat the milk in a saucepan to a temperature of 40 degrees (it should be warm, but not scalding) and pour 250 ml into a deep bowl. Beat the egg, add yeast, sugar and salt. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Mix everything well with a whisk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add sifted flour. Sifting is necessary in order to saturate the flour with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough and finished pancakes will turn out more tender.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix the dough until smooth, so that there are no lumps left.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour in the rest of the milk (another 250 ml) and mix everything with a whisk or silicone spatula.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour in the vegetable oil and mix lightly again. The finished dough turns out liquid, as usual for pancakes. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave in a warm place for 50-60 minutes. I had it for 1 hour.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The risen dough should rise well and be covered with bubbles. Stir it up. You can start frying pancakes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan or a special pancake pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Ladle some of the batter into the middle of the pan. Tilt the pan in a circle so that the dough is evenly distributed over the bottom in a thin layer. If you like thicker pancakes, then pour a little more batter. Fry the pancakes on one side over high heat until browned. Do not overcook the pancake in the pan so that the ends do not dry out.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Turn the pancake over to the other side and fry until done. The second side always cooks faster. Do not add any more oil to the pan. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 20 centimeters, I got 15 pancakes. But their quantity also depends on the thickness - I fried thin ones. Bon appetit!

This was my first time making pancakes with yeast and milk with holes; I had never fried pancakes with yeast before. But in this life you need to try everything, so I decided to make pancakes with yeast. I kneaded the dough exactly according to the recipe. I just added a little more sugar, but that's for my taste. The photo shows the first pancake, which is not lumpy at all. Everything turned out great the first time, as the author promised. They can be served with jam for tea or made with filling. The recipe works, I recommend it! Thank you to the author, these handsome pancakes are very tasty!

Thanks for the recipe. The pancakes turned out airy, with holes and very tasty. The dough stood a little longer to make it a little sour. I fried it without oil and it was perfectly browned! It was served with condensed milk and apple confiture; the children really liked these pancakes. They ask me to repeat it on the weekend and make a larger portion.

Everything worked out. The pancakes are delicious. I added a little more sugar. It turned out to be 8 pieces baked in a frying pan of 20 and 22 cm. It’s not entirely clear in the recipe how to determine the number of servings. Thanks for the recipe.
