Ellisa, THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE for incredibly delicious pancakes! Very soft, tender, just melt in your mouth! The only negative is that it is a bit greasy, but occasionally you can afford that. Since there is not a lot of sugar in pancakes, it will be very tasty with jam or condensed milk.
