I remember how, as a child, the essence of my evenings at home was the smells rising from the kitchen. My grandmother cooked with love, telling stories of her life with every seasoning. These moments sparked my passion for cooking. Later, I began to explore the cuisines of the world, drawing inspiration from different cultures - from the spiciness of Mexican snacks to the delicacy of Italian pastas. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and the joy in the process is no less important than the end result. Let's discover this simplicity together!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Escuela Universitaria de Hostelería y Turismo de Sant Pol de Mar.
