Grilled eggplants

STEP 1

First, take the eggplants.

Mix oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger juice and coat the eggplants with the whole mixture. The marinade can be customized to your taste by increasing or decreasing the quantity and adding or subtracting ingredients depending on your preferences.

Leave the eggplants to marinate for about 30 minutes. Now bake the eggplants on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade. I suggest serving them with soy sauce on the table; you can also sprinkle with chopped parsley for beauty.
