You should hear a slight hiss and see a slight foam, then you are doing everything right. Beat the egg into a bowl and add the remaining cream. The cream must be warm, but not hot, otherwise the yeast will stop working.

Mix thoroughly.

Add sifted flour and salt. I advise you to do this gradually, controlling the thickness of the dough. Mix, it is most convenient to do this with a whisk. A whisk will help you make the dough smooth and without a single lump.
STEP 7
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Then add vegetable oil and stir; if the dough seems too thick, add water. Start baking pancakes. To do this, grease a pancake pan with vegetable oil and use a ladle to pour a small amount of batter into the pan. Use your other hand to make circular motions to ensure the batter is evenly distributed over the surface of the pan.
