I made pancakes with mushrooms and cheese for breakfast. I prepared pancakes according to the suggested recipe. Fresh yeast was replaced with dry yeast (10 g). I used 400 grams of flour, I used category C1 eggs. The dough turned out liquid, but I didn’t add more flour, I decided to bake the first pancake first and, if necessary, adjust the consistency of the dough after that. But this did not have to be done. The pancakes were baked (in a cast iron frying pan) very simply, they did not stick or tear when turned over. The pancakes have a neutral taste, so they can be used with absolutely any filling. I used the ingredients for the filling by eye. It turned out really very tasty and juicy. The pancakes combined with the mushroom filling turned out very tasty. Breakfast was a great success! Thank you very much for the recipe!
