Since childhood, I was surrounded by aromas that emanated from my grandmother’s kitchen - she was making dumplings, and the air was filled with the smell of fresh dough and fragrant herbs. These memories became the basis of my passion for cooking. The family always gathered around the table, and it was in these moments that I realized how food brings people together. As I traveled the world, I absorbed inspiration from a variety of cuisines, from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone. Everyone can create a holiday on their table!
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at University of Johannesburg.
