Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a measuring mug, then pour one teaspoon of salt into the mug and stir.

Pour five hundred grams of flour into a deep bowl and add fifty grams of mayonnaise to it.
STEP 4

Pour boiling water from the mug into a bowl of flour and mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
STEP 5

We continue to knead the dough in the bowl with our hands and collect it into a lump.
STEP 6

Place the dough on the table and knead it very well for seven minutes.
STEP 7

Place the dough in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 8

Place three hundred grams of finely chopped onions in a bowl and add salt to taste.

Crush the onion well in a bowl until the juice comes out.

Pour cumin and a mixture of black and red peppers into a bowl with the onions to taste.

Place three hundred grams of cooked minced meat in a bowl with onions.

Pour a small amount of flour onto the table and divide the dough into pieces, roll each of them into a thin flat cake.

Using a lid of a suitable size, measure out the shape on the flatbread and cut out the blanks for the pasties.

Place the required amount of minced meat on each flatbread in an even layer closer to one edge.

Fold the cake in half and press it with your palms to release the air.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove and place the pasties into the boiling oil, which we fry on each side until golden brown.
