Perfect chebureks stuffed with minced meat

Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - To prepare perfect juicy chebureks, we prepare the necessary products with spices. 
- STEP 2 - Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a measuring mug, then pour one teaspoon of salt into the mug and stir. 
- STEP 3 - Pour five hundred grams of flour into a deep bowl and add fifty grams of mayonnaise to it. 
- STEP 4 - Pour boiling water from the mug into a bowl of flour and mix all the ingredients with a mixer. 
- STEP 5 - We continue to knead the dough in the bowl with our hands and collect it into a lump. 
- STEP 6 - Place the dough on the table and knead it very well for seven minutes. 
- STEP 7 - Place the dough in a plastic bag for thirty minutes. 
- STEP 8 - Place three hundred grams of finely chopped onions in a bowl and add salt to taste. 
- STEP 9 - Crush the onion well in a bowl until the juice comes out. 
- STEP 10 - Pour cumin and a mixture of black and red peppers into a bowl with the onions to taste. 
- STEP 11 - Place three hundred grams of cooked minced meat in a bowl with onions. 
- STEP 12 - Mix the minced meat with onions in a bowl until smooth. 
- STEP 13 - Add one hundred milliliters of beef broth to the bowl with the minced meat and mix all the ingredients well. 
- STEP 14 - Pour a small amount of flour onto the table and divide the dough into pieces, roll each of them into a thin flat cake. 
- STEP 15 - Using a lid of a suitable size, measure out the shape on the flatbread and cut out the blanks for the pasties. 
- STEP 16 - We roll out each cut piece even thinner. 
- STEP 17 - Place the required amount of minced meat on each flatbread in an even layer closer to one edge. 
- STEP 18 - Fold the cake in half and press it with your palms to release the air. 
- STEP 19 - Pressing with a fork, firmly adhere the edges of the cheburek on both sides. 
- STEP 20 - Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove and place the pasties into the boiling oil, which we fry on each side until golden brown. 
- STEP 21 - To drain excess fat, place the fried pasties on a napkin.
