Beef meatballs with rice in a frying pan

Delicious budget meals for everyday life and holidays for the whole family. In beef meatballs with rice in a frying pan in tomato sauce, I try to use pure beef mince without additional impurities instead of minced pork. You can also add onions to the minced meat, which need to be fried with carrots. With onions, the minced meat will be even juicier.

    STEP 13

Serve the finished meatballs with any side dish, except rice, since it is already in the meatballs themselves. I served with boiled green beans. It turned out very tasty. Bon appetit!

While searching for minced meat dishes, I found a recipe for beef meatballs with rice in a frying pan. I decided to do a little testing. I had store-bought minced beef with the addition of pork. The carrots for minced meat were also fried until soft, so they became more pleasant to feel in the finished meatballs. And the oil in which the carrots were fried made the minced meat more sticky. No one here likes parsley in such products, so I didn’t add it. The koloboks were easy to mold; I immediately put them in hot oil. After frying, I poured them with tomato sauce, to which I added salt in addition to sugar. At first I was scared that there was a lot of liquid. But as it simmered, the water evaporated and the gravy thickened. At the end of cooking it became thick and bright red. The meatballs were literally soaked in it. It turned out very tasty and satisfying. This dish is self-sufficient in itself, but with a side dish it turns out very tasty. Thanks for the recipe!

I prepared it exactly according to the recipe, but I added onions, which made it more juicy and flavorful. I didn’t add parsley to the sauce, because our family doesn’t like it) I used homemade ground beef. I made the first batch of the dish with sauce, but personally, I don’t really like the sourness of tomatoes. I already made the second batch without sauce, I just fried the meatballs on each side. It turned out very tasty, the meatballs were soft, tender, aromatic, the whole family appreciated it))) I made buckwheat as a side dish) Simple, fast, tasty and, most importantly, healthy!
