Salad Snowdrift

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 2

Pour boiling water over the chopped onion, add vinegar, salt, sugar and leave to marinate.
STEP 3

Wash the fillet, dry it and cut into thin strips.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan, pour in oil and add fillet. Fry until slightly golden brown. Season with salt and pepper during the process.

Remove from pan and let cool completely.
STEP 6

Wash the mushrooms, peel if necessary and cut into slices. If the mushroom is large, cut it in half and then into slices.
STEP 7

Fry the mushrooms in oil until golden brown, add salt and pepper.
STEP 8

Remove from pan and let cool completely.

Grate the boiled potatoes onto a coarse grater.
STEP 10

Carefully cut the eggs in half. Separate the yolks from the whites and place separately on a plate.
STEP 11

Squeeze the garlic and add to the yolks, also add a little mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 12

Stuff the whites with the yolk mixture.
STEP 13

Place meat on the bottom of the salad bowl. Place onion in an even layer on top and spread with mayonnaise.

Next is a layer of mushrooms and mayonnaise.
STEP 15

A layer of potatoes, and again mayonnaise. You don’t need to put a lot of mayonnaise, just so that the layers stick and don’t drown in mayonnaise.

Now lay out the whites beautifully, like snowdrifts. You can even lightly sprinkle the whites themselves with cheese, it will even look more interesting.
STEP 17

Sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
STEP 18

Garnish with pomegranate and let the salad soak for several hours.
