STEP 1
Heat the oil in a cauldron, lower the chicken.
STEP 2
Simmer until lightly browned.
STEP 3
Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Combine in a separate bowl and add a little salt. Lightly crush the cabbage with your hands so that it releases its juice. Place the cabbage in the chicken, add 200 ml of water and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. I have a temperature regulator of 9 divisions, I extinguished at 5.
STEP 4
Peel, cut the potatoes, add to the cabbage. Salt to taste. Simmer until the potatoes are half cooked.

Add bell pepper. Simmer until soft.
STEP 6
