Pancakes with sour milk, lush with yeast

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make fluffy sour milk pancakes using yeast? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. First sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough will rise better and the pancakes will be fluffier. Read more about the properties of flour in the article at the end of this recipe. Sour milk and water should be warm or at room temperature.
STEP 2

Pour warm water into a small bowl. Add sugar and dry yeast. Mix and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. The yeast will begin its work and air bubbles will begin to appear on the surface. You will learn a lot of important and useful information about yeast by reading an article on this topic. Link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 3

Then pour the sour milk into the bowl and break the egg. Mix everything with a whisk. Wash the egg with baking soda first, as it may contain harmful bacteria.
STEP 4

Add a pinch of salt and vanilla. How to replace vanillin, read the link at the end of the recipe. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix it into the dough. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus on the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 5

The finished dough should be quite thick, homogeneous, without lumps of flour. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 6

After some time, the dough will increase in size. No need to stir it!
STEP 7

Using a spoon, scoop the dough around the edge without stirring. Try not to disturb its splendor.
STEP 8

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the dough. Bake the pancakes over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. They should have time to bake inside. How to choose a frying pan, read the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 9

The pancakes will brown on both sides.
STEP 10

Remove the finished pancakes from the pan and place on a paper towel. This is necessary in order to soak up excess oil from them. Serve the finished pancakes with jam, condensed milk or sour cream. Bon appetit!
