New Year's pork for the new year
Most often, for serving on a festive table, they prefer to cook pork in one piece, baking it in the oven with various sauces, gravies, marinades, with or without garnish. The more beautiful the presentation, the better. This is especially true for pork meat for the New Year - here the imagination of the cooks goes off scale. The ham will decorate any feast in any way.
For example, meat can be decorated in the form of a roll with a juicy filling. The roll can be twisted into a spiral or simply have filling inside. A boiled egg (whole) looks nice when cut.
