Chopped meat with mayonnaise is always very tasty! I like it because the meat turns out very juicy and soft, and goes well with any side dish. Therefore, when I saw an Albanian pork recipe on the website, I decided to cook it. My pork was lean. I removed the edges where there was a small layer of fat. I cut the meat into thin strips, then into small cubes. Added salt, mayonnaise, starch and one egg, mixed so that all the ingredients “made friends” with each other. The egg turned out to have a very bright yolk, so the minced meat turned yellow. I kept the minced meat in the refrigerator for about an hour, it became quite thick and homogeneous. I fried the meat in vegetable oil, spooning out the minced meat and forming small cutlets. It was convenient to do this with two tablespoons. The meat was perfectly fried, juicy and very flavorful. The presence of garlic is almost imperceptible, but there is a pleasant and spicy note. Very tasty! Thank you very much for the recipe!
