Thai meat with vegetables

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Thai pork from vegetables with soy sauce? Prepare all the necessary products. Take any part of pork: a ham or shoulder is suitable for those who like drier meat, or a neck or brisket for those who like fatty meat. You can even take not pork, but for example beef or veal. Fresh, seasonal vegetables
STEP 2

Wash the meat well, dry and cut into thin strips.
STEP 3

Pour soy sauce into the meat. Pay special attention to the choice of soy sauce. Now there are a lot of cheap copies of this product in stores, but do not chase the low price - buy only naturally brewed soy sauce. Even better if you can find soy sauce that goes directly into the marinade.
STEP 4

We only need juice from the lemon, so you can also use ready-made, factory-produced lemon juice. If you squeeze the juice directly from the lemon, first wash the lemon with very hot water - this will release more juice and use a small sieve to prevent the seeds from getting into the marinade.
STEP 5

Add chopped garlic. I put it through a press, but you can grate the cloves on a fine grater or chop it with a knife.
STEP 6

Stir and leave the meat to marinate for 15 minutes.
STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be any vegetable, but since we will fry it, the oil must be refined so as not to burn in the pan. Add the meat without marinade (save the marinade) and fry it over medium heat until half cooked, about 7 minutes. Then remove the meat from frying pans
STEP 8

Peel the vegetables. Cut carrots and peppers into strips, onions into rings or half rings.
STEP 9

Place vegetables in the same pan.
STEP 10

Fry everything for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP 11

Return the meat to the pan.
STEP 12

Pour in the marinade.
STEP 13

Add pepper to taste. Mix everything and simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes until the meat is completely cooked.
STEP 14

Serve the meat and vegetables immediately while the dish is hot. Bon appetit!
