STEP 1
How to make breaded pork schnitzel in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take pork without bones. It is best to use carbonate, as it is very convenient to cut into portions. Eggs can be taken of any size.
STEP 2
Cut the pork across the grain into portions 1.5-2 centimeters thick. All pieces should be approximately the same size. This is necessary so that the meat cooks at the same time.
STEP 3
Each piece of meat must be beaten. To do this, place the meat on a board, cover with cling film and beat with a culinary hammer. Why cover meat with film? This is necessary so that when beating there are no splashes from the meat and so that the meat does not tear at the edges.
STEP 4
Lubricate each cut piece of meat on both sides with a small amount of mayonnaise and leave to sit for 30 minutes so that the meat marinates a little. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use mustard or soy sauce.
STEP 5
For the breading, prepare three bowls. Pour flour into one of them, breadcrumbs into another, and beat eggs into the third. Add a little salt and spices to the eggs and whisk everything lightly with a whisk. There is no need to beat, just mix everything.
STEP 6
Dredge each piece of meat in flour, then dip in egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
STEP 7
Prepare a baking tray. Cover it with parchment and place pieces of meat over the entire surface. STEP 8
The finished schnitzels will take on a golden color. If you want the meat to be slightly fried, you can turn them over during baking. Remove the finished schnitzels from the oven and place on plates.
STEP 9
