I cut up the chicken and left the breast to make schnitzel. I cut half the breast into two parts, then beat it with a culinary mallet. My schnitzel blanks turned out to be quite thin. I did not salt the meat separately. I only added salt to the beaten egg. For my taste, this was enough. I dipped the pieces in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. I fried chicken schnitzel breaded from the breast in a frying pan. First, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until crispy. Then cook for another 4 minutes on low heat until the meat is cooked through. It turned out very tasty! This is probably the best thing you can make from chicken breast! The meat turned out soft and juicy. The breading is crispy, appetizing, with a pleasant bready taste, which perfectly complements the chicken. Thank you very much for the recipe!
