Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary ingredients and start preparing the schnitzel.

Cut the chicken fillet into 1.5 cm thick slices. This is easier to do when the fillet is slightly frozen.
STEP 3
Mix together flour, salt and coriander.
STEP 4
Lightly beat the egg with a fork.

Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and start breading the fillet. Now carefully take a piece of fillet and dip it in flour, then in beaten egg and again in flour. Place the fillet on a baking sheet.
