Chicken schnitzel in the oven
Tender and juicy breaded chicken fillet. Schnitzel is a layer of meat, fried or baked in breading. You can prepare a delicious schnitzel from various types of meat: pork, veal, lamb, turkey or chicken breast. This dish is really tasty and doesn't take much time to prepare. Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients and start preparing the schnitzel.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet into 1.5 cm thick slices. This is easier to do when the fillet is slightly frozen.
STEP 3

Mix together flour, salt and coriander.
STEP 4

Lightly beat the egg with a fork.
STEP 5

Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and start breading the fillet. Now carefully take a piece of fillet and dip it in flour, then in beaten egg and again in flour. Place the fillet on a baking sheet.
STEP 6

Place the fillet in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 7
