Frying pork with gravy in a frying pan

STEP 1
How to make fry and gravy? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pork needs to be boneless. It can be a whole tenderloin, a ham with a small amount of fat. Or use meat already cut into the desired pieces. For some piquancy, you can add 1/2 tsp to the tomato paste. adjika. In addition to salt and pepper, you can use additional spice mixtures for pork. But be sure to read the ingredients on the package, otherwise you risk oversalting the dish.
STEP 2
Wash the pork, dry it and cut into medium pieces. These can be cubes or bars.
STEP 3
Chop the onion as desired. These can be small cubes or larger slices. I chopped the onion coarsely.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Add the pork and fry, stirring until golden brown.
STEP 5
When the first brown spots appear on the pork, add the onion to the pan. Fry, stirring, for a few more minutes until most of the meat is golden brown.
STEP 6
Reduce heat to medium and add tomato paste to the pan. Simmer everything together, stirring, for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 7
Pour in hot meat broth.
STEP 8
Add bay leaves and mix the contents of the pan thoroughly. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for about 20 minutes. You can cover the pan with a lid to prevent the broth from boiling away too quickly and splattering. If you need more gravy, add another glass of broth.
STEP 9
At the end, add sour cream, salt and ground pepper. Mix everything and simmer for another 2 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 10
Place the finished pork on plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
