The meat turned out most tender! I took pork neck and marinated it in dry spices and garlic for about an hour. We still have some pickled onions left over from making barbecue. I cut it into small pieces and added it to the meat. As a result, it almost completely dissolved. Very tasty gravy, tomato sauce with sour cream and broth. Many thanks to the author for the simple and delicious recipe for roasting pork with gravy in a frying pan! Cook with pleasure.
