Oven baked pork with pineapple and cheese

STEP 1
How to bake pork meat with pineapple and cheese in the oven? Measure out the ingredients you need. I have pork schnitzels, you can use any other part of the carcass as long as it is boneless. I took 5 pineapples from cans, one mug for the number of schnitzels.
STEP 2
Wash the vegetables well and dry. Cut tomatoes and onions into rings. To prevent your eyes from watering, wet your knife with tap water. I didn't remove the skin from the tomatoes, you can do this if you don't like to see it in the dish.
STEP 3
Beat the schnitzels on both sides. If you have a vein running along the edges of the meat pieces, cut it in several places with a knife. Otherwise, the meat will begin to curl into a tube and shrink during baking.
STEP 4
Grate the cheese. Any hard cheese will do here.
STEP 5
Salt and pepper the meat and place on a greased baking sheet.
STEP 6
Place onion rings on the meat and apply a mayonnaise mesh.
STEP 7
Place tomato slices on top. Place pineapple rings on top of the tomato.
STEP 8
Apply the mayonnaise mesh again. These are the final blanks.
STEP 9
Sprinkle the schnitzels with grated cheese on top and place an olive in the middle of the pineapple rings. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. Determine baking time and temperature based on your oven.
