I cooked roasted pork in a frying pan for lunch. Having started cooking, I took a pork ham. She cut the meat into cubes, fried it, adding salt and seasoning. Then I put chopped onions in the pan, and after 5 minutes, tomato paste. I took just a little bit of paste, 1.5 teaspoons, and it was very rich. Added hot water, simmered the meat under the lid until soft. It took me longer than in the recipe, 40 minutes, since the meat was tough. We ate the roast with mashed potatoes, generously seasoning it with delicious gravy. The meat was simmered until tender, and the tomato paste made the dish bright and piquant. It turned out delicious! Thank you very much for the recipe!
