Super super! It's finally time for your favorite zucchini! You can cook a variety of dishes, and also experiment a little in the kitchen!) Vera! Your recipe is very interesting, this is the first time I’ve come across this! I used to cook stuffed zucchini only with rice and minced meat, like for cabbage rolls. Your recipe has an interesting filling option, cheese sauce, and all this beauty is baked in the oven! And the golden brown crust of cheese is absolutely superb! I'll definitely try to cook it! Just tell me, please, is it necessary to fry the zucchini rings first? I think they will have time to get ready. Thank you again! I look forward to your new delicious and interesting recipes! )

Maria, thank you for your feedback. I also used to stuff zucchini only with rice or minced meat. You can cook it as you wish, of course, without frying the food is healthier, but for me zucchini tastes better when fried. There is a recipe on the website where zucchini is baked in foil in the oven without frying, but for my taste they turned out a bit bland. Therefore, it’s up to you, you can bake without frying.

Elena, thank you for your feedback. We also have a lot of zucchini, we get tired of eating them every day, so we made caviar from zucchini for the winter.

Vera, what recipe do you use for caviar? Is it on the website? I'll probably do it too.
