Peel the zucchini and cut off the tail. Cut into rings 1-1.5 cm thick and remove the core and seeds.

Place the zucchini rings in a large plate, add salt and pepper, and add spices to taste. Toss with your hands until the salt and spices evenly coat the zucchini rings.

Place 3 tablespoons of flour in a plate and roll the zucchini rings on both sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a thick frying pan and reduce heat to medium.

Fry the zucchini rings on both sides until golden brown with the lid closed.

Place the cheese sauce on top, distributing it evenly over the filling.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Determine readiness by melted cheese and golden brown crust.
