I also did not peel the young zucchini, as the author suggests in the “zucchini slices in a frying pan” recipe, but only cut off the frayed areas. Then I salted it and left it for 5-7 minutes. Then I removed excess moisture with napkins and fried them in a flour breading. In my opinion, this is the most successful recipe for cooking young zucchini!

This is my favorite dish for fall. I also sometimes make zucchini slices with cottage cheese! I fry the zucchini rings, place them on a baking sheet and put a tablespoon of filling inside (cottage cheese, raw egg, salt, pepper, spices to taste). and bake it in the oven! and for this author’s recipe, I made a cottage cheese filling without a raw egg, and on each finished circle I simply put a spoonful of cottage cheese with spices!
