STEP 1

How to fry zucchini slices in a frying pan? Prepare your food. For such a dish, very young zucchini with thin skin are best suited. Large and old fruits will turn out tough; it is better to use them for other recipes.

Wash and dry the zucchini. Since the zucchini is very young, there is no need to cut off the skin and remove the seeds. Cut it into slices 1 cm wide.

Salt the slices on both sides.

Roll the circles in flour, shake off the excess so that it does not burn and spoil the appearance of the finished dish. It is more convenient to prepare zucchini preparations all at once, stacking them in stacks.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in enough vegetable oil so that the bottom is completely covered with a thin layer. Carefully, so as not to burn yourself with hot oil, place the zucchini slices into the pan. Fry them on each side until light golden brown. Leave space between the zucchini circles so that they fry quickly and evenly.
STEP 6

Remove the finished slices immediately to a serving dish. While they are hot, sprinkle them with finely chopped garlic and dill. Serve the sour cream sauce separately: also add chopped garlic and dill to the sour cream, add salt to taste and stir. Fry the next portion of zucchini in the same way, be sure to add oil to the pan, as zucchini absorbs a lot of it when frying.
