Gianna Johnson

Since childhood, I have inhaled the aromas of my grandmother’s kitchen, where every ingredient is imbued with love and warmth. Family dinners became a sacred ritual where they gathered and shared not only food, but also stories. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of flavors - from spicy curries to delicate pastes. Each dish is like a new chapter in a book that we write together with our loved ones. I strive to show that cooking is accessible to everyone: just follow your heart and bright colors and unforgettable flavors will sparkle on your plate.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at South Seattle College.
