I made a young cabbage salad using this recipe. I finely chopped young fresh cabbage and mashed it with my hands as described in the recipe. Greenhouse cucumbers cut into cubes. Instead of dill, I finely chopped fresh parsley with a knife. I also chopped the green onions. I combined all the ingredients and seasoned according to the author’s recommendations. Added table vinegar 9%, odorless vegetable oil, salt and granulated sugar. It turned out to be a very tasty salad with a spicy dressing. The salad came out light, healthy, fresh and crispy.
