Well-kneaded dough is even, smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour

Finely chop the onion

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown

Finely shred the cabbage

Simmer with the addition of vegetable oil under the lid until the cabbage is soft

Don’t forget to add salt, pepper and stir every 5-10 minutes so it doesn’t burn.

We add minced meat to the fried onions - I used minced chicken, but any minced meat will work successfully: beef, pork or mixed.

Add the fried minced meat with onions to the cabbage, mix and simmer everything together for another 5-10 minutes.
