Yeast pie with cabbage and minced meat

Mix the dough with a spoon and then with your hands! Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. Happy owners of a bread machine can use its services - this technique masterfully copes with this task!

Well-kneaded dough is even, smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour

It's time to start filling

Finely chop the onion

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown

Finely shred the cabbage

Simmer with the addition of vegetable oil under the lid until the cabbage is soft

Don’t forget to add salt, pepper and stir every 5-10 minutes so it doesn’t burn.

We add minced meat to the fried onions - I used minced chicken, but any minced meat will work successfully: beef, pork or mixed.

The finished cabbage turns out to be a beautiful golden color.

Add the fried minced meat with onions to the cabbage, mix and simmer everything together for another 5-10 minutes.

Within an hour our dough had already risen very well. Knead it and knead it a little again

Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Place the larger one on a baking sheet, rolling it out or stretching it with your hands
