Vinaigrette in a slow cooker

STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. Peel and wash the vegetables.
STEP 2
Cut the carrots into cubes.
STEP 3
We also cut the potatoes into cubes.
STEP 4
And with beets the same way - in cubes.
STEP 5
Pour one liter of water into the multicooker bowl. Place our chopped vegetables in a steamer basket.
STEP 6
We insert the bowl into the multicooker, close it and set the “steaming” mode for 25 minutes. After 15 minutes, check the potatoes.
STEP 7
Meanwhile, cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. If you want a more sour salad, you can use pickled cucumbers.
STEP 8
Add canned peas to the salad bowl, from which the liquid has previously been drained.
STEP 9
15 minutes of the program have passed, we check the potatoes and carrots - they are already ready.
STEP 10
Carefully, so as not to burn yourself, spoon the potatoes and carrots into the salad bowl. Leave the beets to finish cooking.
STEP 11
Towards the end of the program we try the beets - they are soft and juicy. We also add it to the salad bowl.
STEP 12
Season with salt and pepper to taste, season with olive or sunflower oil, and mix well. Give the salad at least 10-15 minutes so that it infuses and is filled with flavors!
STEP 13
If you like onions, you can chop a little into the salad, I love the feathers of green onions - I put them in my portion. It is best to add onions separately to each serving. The vinaigrette in the slow cooker is ready! Pour the salad into plates and enjoy the taste of simply amazing vegetables! Bon appetit!
