    Meanwhile, cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes. If you want a more sour salad, you can use pickled cucumbers.

    Add canned peas to the salad bowl, from which the liquid has previously been drained.

    15 minutes of the program have passed, we check the potatoes and carrots - they are already ready.

    Carefully, so as not to burn yourself, spoon the potatoes and carrots into the salad bowl. Leave the beets to finish cooking.

    Towards the end of the program we try the beets - they are soft and juicy. We also add it to the salad bowl.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, season with olive or sunflower oil, and mix well. Give the salad at least 10-15 minutes so that it infuses and is filled with flavors!

    If you like onions, you can chop a little into the salad, I love the feathers of green onions - I put them in my portion. It is best to add onions separately to each serving. I'm impressed! Having had a slow cooker for many years, I never even thought about the fact that you could make a salad in a slow cooker. I prepared a vinaigrette in a slow cooker according to this recipe and was very pleased. How simple, fast and incredibly tasty everything is. Steamed vegetables are much healthier and tastier. We all benefit from this familiar salad. I made it in a Redmond pressure cooker in the “steam” mode for 20 minutes. For the vinaigrette, I used homemade pickled cucumbers, onions, scalded with boiling water, and frozen green peas, boiled in salted water for 1 minute. I seasoned the vinaigrette with sea salt and homemade vegetable oil, it was very aromatic. The vinaigrette spread very quickly. Everyone liked the salad prepared in the slow cooker. With such a helper you get excellent and healthy dishes. The vegetables came out soft, tender, juicy and not at all overcooked. The taste of the vinaigrette was incredible, light and delicate.
