Vanilla manna on kefir without flour with sour cream
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. If you are against butter or just want a diet pie, then replace the butter with 2 eggs) That is. In the end there will be 4 pieces in the recipe. eggs, but there will be no butter.
STEP 2
Mix semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell and its grains will not crunch. Instead of kefir, you can take fermented baked milk, yogurt - in general, any fermented milk product of appropriate thickness.
STEP 3
Beat eggs with a fork/whisk (not a mixer!) with sugar
STEP 4
Melt the butter.
STEP 5
Then add salt, soda (not slaked), vanillin, melted butter.
STEP 6
Mix the egg mass with kefir.
STEP 7
Grease the mold with butter.
STEP 8
Pour the dough into the mold and immediately send it to preheated to 180 degrees. oven for 20-25 minutes (depending on the oven and your desire to get a more or less golden brown crust).!! It is important to remember that if you are cooking in a silicone mold, you must first place it on a wire rack before filling the mold with dough/ baking sheet, otherwise it will be very problematic to do this later))
STEP 9
After the time has passed, take out the pie, let it cool a little and remove it from the mold onto a dish.!! If you have a silicone mold, then it is very convenient because you can get the pie out of it simply by turning the mold inside out.)
STEP 10
Then we decorate the cooled pie depending on your desire and imagination)) For example, you can sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar, or you can do nothing, just cut it into portions and start eating))
STEP 11
For a “mini-cake”, beat sour cream with sugar. If the cake has not cooled down yet, then the cream needs to be put in the refrigerator.!! In general, as a cream for a “mini-cake” you can take any of your favorite cream, for example, condensed milk whipped with butter.
STEP 12
Cut the cooled pie in half and spread with sour cream. If desired, the bottom “cake” can be soaked in any syrup for juiciness, although in my opinion this is not at all necessary, the “mini-cake” will turn out very tender without it))
STEP 13
The greased pie does not need to be refrigerated. It’s better to just leave it on the table - thanks to this, the sour cream will be absorbed into the manna and the mini-cake will simply melt in your mouth!)
STEP 14
I made the manna, which I sprinkled with powder, from the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe (pictured on the right). For the manna, from which I made a “mini-cake,” I increased the amount of ingredients by 1.5 times.
