  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make turkey with cabbage in a slow cooker? First of all, prepare all the products that are indicated in the recipe. I used turkey thigh, but you can also use turkey fillet. It is also acceptable to use chicken instead of turkey. Rinse the meat, dry it and cut into small pieces.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core and seeds. Rinse all vegetables and dry with a kitchen towel.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the onion into small cubes, peppers into thin strips or semicircles, pass the garlic through a press or chop finely by hand, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the “Frying” mode. Fry the vegetables, stirring until all the vegetables are soft.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add turkey meat to the roast and leave for another 5-10 minutes. Don't forget to stir all the ingredients occasionally to prevent anything from burning.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Meanwhile, remove the outer damaged leaves from the cabbage, rinse the head and cut into strips.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the cabbage in the multicooker bowl.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Grate the tomato on a coarse grater and discard the skin. Add tomato to all products. Add your favorite seasonings and salt to taste. For seasonings, I used a pinch of suneli hops, dry basil and savory.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Mix everything thoroughly and close the multicooker lid. Set the "Stew" mode and cook until the sound signal.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs, finely chopped and sprinkle with black pepper.
