STEP 1

How to make turkey in pots with potatoes? Prepare your food. Fillet is suitable from any part of the bird, I have breast, it makes the dish dietary. With thigh fillet - more juicy and fatty. In addition to potatoes and onions, you can take any vegetables. For me it’s carrots, bell peppers and zucchini. Wash and dry all vegetables. This quantity of products is designed for 4 small pots.

Wash and dry the meat. Cut it into small pieces.
STEP 3

Peel the onion and cut it into quarters of rings or cubes, it doesn’t matter.
STEP 4

Peel the carrots and cut into rings.
STEP 5

Cut the pepper pulp into cubes.
STEP 6

Also cut the zucchini into cubes. If it is young, then it is not necessary to cut off the very thin skin. If using more mature squash, trim off the rough skin and scoop out the seeded center.
STEP 7

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
STEP 8

Take ceramic pots. Place turkey pieces on the bottom and quartered onion rings on top. Salt and pepper the layers on top. You can also use any spices you like.

Next, add a layer of carrots and peppers. Season this layer with salt and pepper as well.

The next layers are zucchini and potatoes, then season them with salt and pepper. Pour 50 ml of water into each pot, put a little butter on top.
STEP 11

Cover the pots with lids and place them on a baking sheet - if liquid spills out of the pots during baking, the oven will not get dirty. Bake the turkey and potatoes for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180°C. Then remove the pots from the oven and stir the contents.
STEP 12

Serve the dish in portions, in a pot, or placing it on a plate. Bon appetit!
