    Dry the bread for toast in a toaster or in a dry frying pan on both sides. You can use any bread for the dish, even a regular loaf. The main thing is that it should be cut evenly and thinly enough, no thicker than 5-6 mm. And its size must be suitable so that a scrambled egg from a large egg fits entirely on it. If the piece is small, then the eggs may simply slide off it and instead of a delicious breakfast or snack you will have to do the cleaning.

    Heat the butter in a frying pan, carefully break the eggs so that the whites do not spread too much in the pan (for this you can use cooking rings with a diameter of 10-12 cm), and also so that the yolks remain intact. Fry the eggs until done. The yolks should not bake too much, maintaining a semi-liquid state. But the protein should turn completely white and be ready.

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and place it in a deep plate or bowl. Mash the pulp into a puree. I did this with a regular masher because my avocado was not very hard. I intentionally left some pieces a little larger. If you want a homogeneous consistency, it is better to beat the avocado in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste to the avocado and stir.

    Spread the avocado pulp onto the toast.

Amazing breakfast again!!!! A hearty and delicious toast with avocado and egg! I also added tomato and all sorts of seasonings with lemon juice to the avocado paste - I love this taste!! I took a round bun with poppy seeds as bread, and spread soft cottage cheese on one half to make it even more filling and juicy. I also add balsamic sauce and sesame seeds Plus thick aromatic cocoa in a cup Crispy hot breakfast is ready in 15 minutes, but I didn’t want to eat until the evening. Glory to the avocado 🥑

I love avocados and often make them for breakfast. This recipe is one of the most beloved and popular. I used rye toaster bread. Served with lightly pan-fried cherry tomatoes. I sprinkled black sesame seeds on top of the finished egg and it was delicious and beautiful. It turns out more satisfying with fried champignons. I also like toast like this with roasted peanuts.
