STEP 1

First we heat 0.5 liters. milk.
STEP 2

While the milk is heating up, take a bowl. Pour a packet of yeast into it, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and fill with warm water (about half a glass)
STEP 3

When the yeast has arrived and the milk has warmed up, break two eggs into another bowl, add milk, yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 100 grams of vegetable oil and flour (I got about 6 cups)
STEP 4

Mix the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 5

After 30 minutes, take out the dough. It rose noticeably. Now it should stand warm for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 6

Turn on the oven. Roll out the dough (about 0.5 cm thick). Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the dough on it. Grease the dough with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Grate the eggs.
STEP 8

Cut the sausage into strips.
STEP 9

We take the marinated mushrooms out of the jar (about half = 200g.)
STEP 10

We will also grate the cheese.
STEP 11

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
