And now my comment about making the pie! And I’ll probably start with the custard, which doesn’t give me peace of mind because it’s never been brewed for me! After standing at the stove for about twenty minutes waiting for it to thicken, and not waiting for it to thicken, I simply removed it from the water bath and began to work on the next stage. When pouring, it of course became a little bushy, but I think this is not the same thickness! In general, I won’t be verbose, today when I cut it, the filling began to flow out. My result: The pie is very tasty, my husband appreciated it, and I devoured almost all of it myself while he was at work. I would call it not just Sweet Pies, but “Strawberries under the Clouds.” "(yes, yes, I’ll put it in my cookbook), the dough definitely needs to be rolled out thicker than 3mm (in the photo it looks more like 1cm than...), third, instead of all this custard, I would just pour whipped cream on top egg whites (this is how I make a pie with lingonberries, and the results are incomparably golden clouds and no slush), and by the way, a spoon of cinnamon is a lot, as you can see, this brownish golden stuff didn’t melt at all, but stayed on top! Probably everything, sorry if anything happens!

But mine is with raspberries, but without cream, just cottage cheese and raspberries. And the dough is the same - shortbread. I love pies with berries, and now is just such a berry season, you can use everything: strawberries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries, everything that is in the countryside, oh!
