  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a sweet kefir pie in the oven in a hurry? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take premium flour. The eggs are large and selective. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. You can also adjust the amount of sugar to suit your taste. The fat content of kefir is 2.5-3.2%.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash berries and fruits. Cut the peach, apricot and plum into slices. You can replace or supplement the fruits and berries indicated in the recipe to suit your taste. For example, take a pear, apple, currant. Instead of fresh fruits and berries, you can use frozen ones.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. The mass should increase in volume by 3-4 times.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour in kefir at room temperature, add lemon zest. Mix everything.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Sift the flour through a sieve along with baking powder and pour it into the dough in parts.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix with a mixer on low speed or with a whisk. It is important that there are no lumps left in the dough. Depending on the moisture content of the kefir and the size of the eggs, more or less flour may be needed. Look at the consistency - the dough should be medium thick. Thick but fluid.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Line a baking dish with a diameter of 18-20 cm with parchment and grease with butter. Pour most of the batter into the bottom. Distribute fruits and berries on top. You can place the fruits in more than one layer, but also in a bowl, mix them into the dough and put everything together in a mold.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Spread the remaining dough on top and smooth it out. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer - it should come out of the dough dry. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Remove the finished pie from the mold, cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve. Bon appetit!

I was looking on the website for a recipe for a simple fruit pie and found a quick, sweet kefir pie in the oven. I really love kefir pies! In addition to the fact that they turn out tasty and juicy, they also save money. The dough turned out to be quite thick; instead of baking powder, I added soda. I think if the dough contains kefir, then you can use soda, it gives a lot of air bubbles. Just put it in the oven immediately before the bubbles burst) For the filling I took what I found in my garden: apricots, one cream, a little raspberries and two types of black currants (fragrant and hybrid). I baked the pie for 40 minutes. It was baked well, but a little moist next to the filling. Overall, the pie is fluffy, the crumb is juicy, and the crust is crispy. The filling of berries and fruits gives a pleasant variety in taste and an amazing aroma. Thanks for the recipe!
