Alisa, thank you for the original recipe, I liked the filling, the caramel mass and the dough, in general everything))) Peaches fit in well in color and taste))) And how does the ready-made caramel mass with seeds behave in the oven? It turns out that it still goes through one heat treatment, right? Doesn’t this affect the color and appearance? The sunflower turned out beautiful, well done!

The seeds simply caramelize, it turns out very tasty. And the dough is also delicious, the main thing is to do it right. With the mass for the seeds, this syrup should be slightly boiled down, and then the seeds should be added.

Alice, the pie is gorgeous! Looks very tasty! But the part with caramel seeds, after baking, looks like grilled meat or what? And the ingredients for the dough indicate 100 g of margarine, did I understand correctly that margarine is only used for greasing the pan??

Irisha, well done for noticing. Margarine is needed in the dough. I missed it. And poppy seeds are also in the dough, for some reason it turned out to be separate from all the ingredients. After baking, the seeds have a caramel flavor.

Alice, is all the margarine in the dough, and should it be melted before adding it or at what stage should it be added??
