Stewed potatoes with smoked meats do not require much effort and will not take much time. When I want to feed my family tasty and satisfying, I cook these potatoes. The result is always excellent. In my opinion, these potatoes are best served after a few hours. Immediately after cooking, you need to remove the potatoes and wrap them in a warm blanket, which will allow them to brew and reveal all the flavor. But after cooling and heating, it does not lose its original taste. These potatoes look best when served in a clay dish and decorated with herbs. This could be parsley, green onions or leaf celery. You can serve these potatoes with any pickles, especially if they are homemade, or a good mug of cold, fresh milk.
