Smoked ribs
Before smoking, they must be marinated (dry or wet) with garlic, your favorite spices, herbs, and salt. Then you can proceed directly to the smoking procedure. Smoked pork ribs are considered a delicacy; they are suitable for table decoration during festive feasts and friendly gatherings in the fresh air. You can prepare them yourself or buy a ready-made product. First courses are prepared from it (for example, pea soup with croutons), baked with potatoes and other vegetables, and served as shish kebab with a variety of sauces. You can also use beef and lamb ribs, but pork is often preferred.
Recipes for dishes with smoked ribs are simple and do not take much time; the ingredient is added last, 5-10 minutes before the end. The product contains a large amount of fats, proteins, vitamins and other useful substances. But it should be remembered that their excessive consumption increases the level of cholesterol in the blood and can cause atherosclerosis. The shelf life of smoked meats in the refrigerator is a maximum of a week. Freezing is not recommended, otherwise most of the taste will be lost.
