STEP 1
How to bake smoked ribs with potatoes in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of pickled cucumbers, you can use pickled ones.
STEP 2
Cut the smoked ribs into portions.
STEP 3
Peel the onion and thinly cut into quarter rings. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes, rinse it and your knife with cold water.
STEP 4
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Cut the cucumbers into half rings.
STEP 6
Peel the potatoes and chop coarsely. To prevent the potatoes from darkening, fill them with water.
STEP 7
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, place the ribs and set the “Baking” or “Roasting” program for 40 minutes
STEP 8
After 15 minutes, place the chopped onion and grated carrots in the multicooker bowl, fry for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cucumbers to the ribs with vegetables and cook until the end of the program.
STEP 10
At the end of the program, place the potatoes into the multicooker bowl.
STEP 11
Add salt to taste.

Add ground black pepper to taste.

Pour water.

Set the "Extinguishing" program for 45 minutes.
STEP 15
