Solyanka with beef, sausage and pork ribs

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products with spices to prepare a delicious mixed meat hodgepodge.
STEP 2
Pour three liters of cold water into a pan and put four hundred grams of beef on the bone in it.
STEP 3
Add a little onion and carrots to the meat in the pan, put it on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 4
Roughly, but not very finely, chop two onions.
STEP 5
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan.
STEP 6
Place the chopped onion in a frying pan and place it on the stove, fry it over medium heat until translucent.
STEP 7
Grate one medium carrot on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Place the grated carrots in the pan with the onions.
STEP 9
Stir fry the vegetables for two minutes.
STEP 10
Skim the foam from the boiling meat broth and lower the heat on the stove and continue to cook the meat for an hour and a half until fully cooked.

Add two to three tablespoons of tomato paste to the onions and carrots in the pan.

Mix all ingredients well in the pan.

Pour two ladles of broth into the frying pan, stir and lower the heat of the stove to minimum and continue to simmer the vegetables, closing the frying pan with a lid.

Cut some ham into strips and place it in a common frying pan.

Remove the cooked roasted vegetables from the stove.

Place the frying pan with the slices on the stove and stir-fry over medium heat.

Slice flavorful smoked ribs.

Place the chopped smoked ribs in a saucepan with the meat broth being prepared.

Cut four hundred grams of boiled sausage into strips.

Fry the smoked sausage with ham until an appetizing golden color.

Place the chopped boiled sausage in the frying pan with the fried smoked sausage and mix well.

Cut two medium pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
STEP 27
Cut the boiled meat into strips.

Place the meat cut into strips into a pan with broth.

Place the fried onions and carrots into the pan.

Cut fifteen olives into rings.

Place the chopped olives in the pan five minutes before the hodgepodge is ready.
