Cream of pea soup with bacon
Delicious and simple soup. For lovers of peas and smoked meats.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 50 mins
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the peas 3 times and soak in water for 2-3 hours.
STEP 2
Cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 3
Chop the carrots
STEP 4
Potatoes cut into slices
STEP 5
Place the chopped vegetables in a saucepan. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 6
Add smoked ribs.
STEP 7
Add soaked peas. Pour in water
STEP 8
Bring to a boil and simmer until tender (about 30 minutes).
STEP 9
Remove the ribs from the finished soup.
STEP 10
Puree the soup in a blender
STEP 11
Pour the soup into a saucepan, pour in the cream. Stirring, bring to a boil. Pour the soup into bowls.
