Memories of childhood fill my days: my grandmother at the stove, wrapping dumplings, and my mother, laughing, checking to see if I had over-salted the borscht. Cooking has always been a bridge between generations for me, a place where loved ones gather. Each new recipe is a journey to different parts of the world: spices of India, fresh vegetables of Italy, aromas of the Middle East. My goal is to show that cooking is not difficult and accessible to everyone. Let's create delicious moments together and fill the house with warmth, adding a drop of love to every dish.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Apicius, International School of Hospitality.
