I prepared delicious pink salmon in mayonnaise with onions and juicy carrots for dinner. So simple, fast and very tasty! I filleted the pink salmon and cut it into portions. I fried the fish pieces in vegetable oil on both sides. I put it on a plate. Finely chopped the onion and grated the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onions and carrots until tender. I placed pieces of pink salmon on the vegetables, poured mayonnaise sauce with water, and sprinkled with fish spices. I didn't add salt because... the spices contained salt.
