Everyone in our family loves chicken, so I am constantly looking for new recipes for preparing this bird. I found this interesting recipe for chicken with oranges in the oven. Only I don’t have thighs, but a whole chicken, cut into pieces. I found the oranges very juicy and aromatic, I squeezed out a lot of juice) I didn’t use ginger, my children and I don’t really like it. And instead of red hot pepper, I took black from the mill; it is not very hot, but fragrant. I added a little paprika for color and extra flavor. I left it to marinate immediately in the mold; before baking, I took the mold out of the refrigerator in advance so that it would warm up and not crack in the oven. The finished chicken tasted great, you don’t really notice the orange, there’s a slight aftertaste, but the garlic gave it a pleasant spice. While baking, there was such a tantalizing aroma of garlic and orange in the kitchen! In general, the chicken according to this recipe is just fire) The meat is soaked in the marinade, becomes soft, and easily breaks down into fibers. And the crust is so delicious and crispy! I recommend to everyone!

I really liked the marinade - a combination of orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. I cut up the chicken and used thighs and wings to prepare this dish. To better soak the meat in the sauce, I pricked it in several places with a skewer. My chicken marinated for 3 hours. During the cooking process, pour over the marinade and turn over.
