Crab cutlets
Very easy to prepare, filling and tasty dish! There is no need to focus on the quantity of ingredients. Maybe more crab sticks, or more cheese... doesn't matter at all. I took the amount of products from those that were available and did not weigh them. It sells well as an appetizer for the holidays; as an appetizer, we make smaller portions, the size of meatballs. And the children gobble up the cutlets :)

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make crab cutlets? Thaw the frozen crab sticks slightly and grate them. You can mince it or grind it in a blender.
STEP 2

Add a piece of grated cheese and a clove of garlic, passed through a press.
STEP 3

Add 1-2 eggs. If necessary, you can add a couple of tablespoons of flour (rice, oatmeal, chickpeas, whatever you like). Stir until the dough is homogeneous.
STEP 4

Form cutlets, bread them in ground breadcrumbs and fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
