Pour condensed milk into a deep container and mix with eggs.

Melt the butter and mix with the milk mixture.

Mix dry ingredients: flour, starch, baking powder.
STEP 5

In 2-3 steps, add the sifted dry mixture into the liquid mixture, knead into a homogeneous dough. The dough is dense, but not thick. Plastic, but drains slowly, you need help. The consistency is similar to dough for fluffy pancakes or thick sour cream.
STEP 6

Place 1 tbsp into a preheated waffle iron. spoon or a little more dough. Try to level it according to the shape of the panels. It's good if you do everything quickly. Carefully close the waffle iron, snap it closed and bake for 1-3 minutes. It is better not to add more batter until you get used to the portion, rather than overfill it and it will float out of bounds. Don’t press the top lid too hard, the reason is the same - the dough will float out!
STEP 7

Check the frying periodically, if the color is satisfactory, remove it using a silicone spatula and roll it up without hesitation or leave it like that. Modern waffle irons almost always heat the heat unevenly, so focus on the most fried part, the lighter part will also be ready.
STEP 8

The rolled tubes cool down almost immediately. You can enjoy them immediately or later, they will also remain crispy. Enjoy your tea!
