I only learned about the existence of garlic shoots thanks to this recipe for spreading on sandwiches - I never paid attention to the fact that garlic has shoots)))) My husband brought young garlic tops from the dacha and I decided to use them in this recipe instead of shoots. Instead of cream cheese, I took full-fat homemade cottage cheese and diluted it a little with sour cream. I chopped the garlic tops finely with a knife. I adjusted the proportions of cottage cheese and garlic herbs to my taste. Excellent spread!! I recommend to everyone!
