Just recently, relatives came and left two jars of apricot jam, now I know what I’ll make from it. Only instead of soda I use baking powder for the dough and add a bag of vanillin for baking. But here the jam is right at the base of the pie, so the pastry itself will turn out very sweet. I think your family will like it.

the pie is very tasty, I rarely use apricot jam in baking, I like it more with fresh bread and milk
