Pour kefir or sour milk into a saucepan, add soda, salt, sugar and mix.
STEP 3
Add apricot jam.
STEP 4
Add the egg and flour, knead the dough, the dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
STEP 5
Pour the dough into the mold.
STEP 6
If desired, you can decorate the apricots with fresh or frozen berries.
STEP 7
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170 and bake until done.

Just recently, relatives came and left two jars of apricot jam, now I know what I’ll make from it. Only instead of soda I use baking powder for the dough and add a bag of vanillin for baking. But here the jam is right at the base of the pie, so the pastry itself will turn out very sweet. I think your family will like it.
