Stewed meat with carrots in a slow cooker is delicious and simple

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the “frying” or “baking” mode, turn it on to heat up. We cut the meat into not very large pieces - approximately 3x3 cm.

Transfer the meat to the slow cooker to brown a little.

Cut the onion into half rings.

The meat is slightly fried, stir...

..add onion and stir.

Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, and we’ll get to the carrots..

Cut the carrots into cubes.

Let's add it to our meat.

Stir and let everything fry together for a few minutes.

Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices - for me it’s hops-suneli...

...and pour boiling water to cover the meat. Boiling water is a must - it “seals” the meat and retains the juice inside it, which is why the meat turns out tender. Stir, close the multicooker and set the “stew” mode for 1.5 hours. During the process, you can look several times, stir and control the amount of water - if it boils too much, then add (but in principle there is always enough and there is no need to add). And at this time you can make the side dish.
STEP 13

10 minutes before the end of the program, squeeze out the garlic and mix thoroughly. After the end of the program signal, turn off the multicooker. One more tip - put the meat in the “warm” mode for at least 15 minutes, this will give the meat a simply delicious taste and unusual softness.
STEP 14

Then put the meat on a plate, add a side dish, fresh vegetables if desired and enjoy the taste of the most tender meat! Bon appetit!
